We accept requests for replacement, return, or refund only if the request is raised within 5 calendar days of receiving the product. Customers can also raise requests for return or refund before the product is delivered. No requests for replacement, return, or refund will be entertained after 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement or Return

Requests for replacement or return will be processed only under the following conditions:

  1. The product received has a manufacturing defect.
  2. The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  3. The product must not be used, damaged, or worn out.
  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging, which should be intact and unsoiled.
  5. Proof of purchase or receipt of the product must be provided.
  6. Products under warranty (if applicable).

Circumstances Where Returns or Replacements Are Not Applicable

  1. Items marked as “non-refundable” cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Products that are consumable in nature (e.g., incense sticks, turmeric, etc.) are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.
  3. Customized or personalized products will not be accepted for returns, refunds, or replacements.

Process for Returns and Refunds

  1. To raise a refund request, customers must provide proof of purchase and images of the product (in case of damage or wrong product received).
  2. Only the amount equivalent to the returned product’s value will be refunded, not the full order value.
  3. Once a return is requested, we will arrange a return pickup within 3-5 business days. After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, the refund process will begin.
  4. If the product is returned damaged or worn out, the refund will not be processed.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify customers via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Refund Timelines:

  • For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card) within 7-21 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Change of Mind:
If the customer is dissatisfied with the product or has a change of mind, they are responsible for shipping the product back to us. The refund process will proceed after a quality check. In such cases, the return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Note: KartBux offers reverse pickup only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect products delivered.

Exchanges Policy

KartBux allows exchanges only for products with manufacturing defects. Requests for exchanges will not be accepted for other reasons.

Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Requests must be raised within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  2. Proof of purchase and product images (if damaged or incorrect) must be provided.
  3. Only the defective product will be exchanged, not the entire order.
  4. Customers must ensure that the product is packed with care. If the returned product is damaged or worn out, the exchange request will be denied.

  • If approved, the exchange process will be initiated and completed within 15 days.
