    3. Shipping Charges:

      • Free shipping is available for orders above a specific amount (as mentioned on our website).
      • Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.
    4. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

    5. International Shipping:

    Exchange Policy

    At KartBux, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. You can raise a request for exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

    Eligibility for Exchange:

    1. The product delivered has a manufacturing defect.
    2. The product received is damaged or different from what was ordered.
    3. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
    4. Proof of purchase (receipt) and product images must be provided while initiating the exchange request.

    Non-Exchangeable Products:

    1. Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the website.
    2. Customized or personalized items.
    3. Products that are consumable in nature (e.g., incense sticks, candles, etc.).
How to Request an Exchange:

    • Images of the product (highlighting the defect/damage)
    • Proof of purchase
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product within 3-5 business days.
  • After receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.
