- Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the order is shipped.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is available for orders above a specific amount (as mentioned on our website).
- Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Shipments:

- In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and either reship the order or provide a refund after verification.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Exchange Policy
At KartBux, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. You can raise a request for exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The product delivered has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is damaged or different from what was ordered.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) and product images must be provided while initiating the exchange request.
Non-Exchangeable Products:
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the website.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products that are consumable in nature (e.g., incense sticks, candles, etc.).
How to Request an Exchange:

- Images of the product (highlighting the defect/damage)
- Proof of purchase
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product within 3-5 business days.
- After receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.
